About this Role:

We’re seeking a GTM Execution Manager to help drive the commercial success of our pharma solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in improving sell-through of GoodRx’s existing products, collaborating cross-functionally to support commercialization efforts, execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and deliver insights that improve revenue performance.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who is analytically driven, operationally excellent, and commercially minded, with strong problem solving skills and a strong desire to optimize the impact of proven products in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
Your Impact:
You will directly support the sales and strategy teams in driving adoption of GoodRx’s pharma solutions by coordinating GTM execution, developing enablement tools, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring our offerings are well-positioned to meet market needs.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with Strategy, Sales, Client Success, and other commercial teams to operationalize GTM plans for our pharma offerings across awareness/media and access solutions
Drive execution of launch, positioning, and internal rollout plans for new features or pricing models
Manage and maintain product positioning, rate card, pricing frameworks, and other go-to-market levers across the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion) to support commercial strategy and consistency
Track and analyze key commercial performance metrics including sell-through rate, average deal size, product mix, and renewal rate
Generate insights from product analytics to identify friction points, highlight opportunities, and optimize commercial performance
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Product, Analytics, Marketing) to support timely and effective GTM execution
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, value proof points) to support commercial conversations
Coordinate internal training sessions and resources to keep GTM teams informed on product capabilities and updates
Contribute to the development of content such as case studies and client-ready materials that showcase product value
Monitor competitor activity, pharma industry trends, and market feedback to inform messaging and positioning updates
Collaborate on post-launch reviews to evaluate GTM effectiveness and iterate on tactics

Skills & Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in GTM execution, commercialization strategy, sales enablement, business operations, and/or healthcare marketing
Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients is preferred
Experience in or exposure to patient support and market access programs, along with experience working with pharmaceutical trade and access teams is a plus
Strong project coordination skills and familiarity with GTM timelines and processes
Proficiency in using analytics to track performance metrics and develop insights (e.g., Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability adapt style to differing audiences, advise others on difficult matters and deliver clear, concise materials for both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with a focus on executional excellence
Bachelor’s degree required; background in business, marketing, public health, or life sciences is a plus
