The role is focused on creating high-quality content and bespoke marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, leads generation and engagement for all partner brands.

Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing and/or regional experience attained through previous appointments in Asia
- Expertise in content writing, digital advertising, email and social media management.
- Proven experience of high-volume email campaigns and working on marketing campaigns from inception through launch and analysis
- Hands-on experience working in email campaign management tool; Acoustic, Marketo,
- Mailchimp would be preferable
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, including WeChat, Line, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proven experience working on search and social campaigns would be preferable
- Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks on-time (or ahead of schedule)
- Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, especially for regional campaigns targeting Chinese-speaking markets.
- Experience with agency and partnership stakeholders
- Understanding of the travel and cruise industry is a plus

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage campaign schedule and execute strong campaigns across email and other marketing channels
- Brainstorm & create new marketing campaigns to capture interest, build awareness and assist partner members through the purchase journey
- Manage the database and segmentation of members keeping abreast with best practice of email marketing and member life cycles, to target members at the right time with the right message
- Support Asia’s brands growth and be responsible in educating, nurturing, reengagement, and retention strategies to help maintain and grow member engagement, increase leads and memberships, where applicable
- Manage the creation of assets in multiple languages working with the designers and translators to build and execute multi-language campaigns
- Responsible for the creation of assets across emerging channels and Asia specific channels such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, TikTok and others
- Support the preparation of quarterly reports for partners
- Strong analytical skills to report on campaign and always-on activity on a regular basis to understand progress and optimise for best results
- Strategic data analysis skills to interpret marketing performance and find ways to improve
- Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images and writing and editing copy
- Ability to create clear briefs for team members while also be able to interpret briefs and project tasks and deliver work in an autonomous environment
- Undertake other duties which may be negotiated from time to time with the Manager
