Assistant CFO

We have an opportunity for a qualified individual to provide leadership across the accounting, finance, and financial reporting operations at Shell Point.  This is a strategic leadership role responsible for enabling real-time visibility into financial performance and supporting Shell Point’s mission through analytics and operational partnership.  If you are a champion of continuous improvement with experience in ERP governance and technology enablement in a finance setting, preferably with Oracle NetSuite, you are an ideal candidate for this position.   As a leader, you will be expected to promote a culture that is consistent with Shell Point’s mission and core beliefs, lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members, foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team, and build strong cross-functional relationships with operational leaders.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required with CPA preferred and at least ten years of progressive leadership experience in accounting, finance, public accounting, or related financial management disciplines is required.  Demonstrated experience leading ERP-enabled accounting, finance and financial reporting operations is a must.  Experience in senior living, health care, not-for-profit, or hospitality preferred.
