Wells Fargo is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Director, as part of the Artificial Intelligence team.

The Artificial Intelligence Solutions Director will lead the strategy, product management, governance, and adoption of enterprise end-user tools that enable productivity, collaboration, automation, and AI-powered work experiences across the company. Reporting to the Head of AI Products & Solutions, this leader will define and execute the vision for employee-facing technology platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable business value while meeting the firm's security, risk, compliance, and responsible AI standards. This role combines product leadership, platform strategy, AI innovation, operational excellence, and organizational change management.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop the overall Artificial Intelligence roadmap for the company
  • Provide leadership, management and direction companywide on artificial intelligence initiatives
  • Develop market strategies for the company
  • Lead Artificial Intelligence team by making strategic decisions to resolve robotics process automation, natural language processing, and machine learning
  • Understand the options in the market and educating companywide on these opportunities
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Artificial Intelligence Solutions
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Artificial Intelligence solutions experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, digital workplace technology, enterprise platforms, AI product strategy, or related technology functions
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, and technology risk management
  • Experience with enterprise productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration tools, automation platforms, knowledge systems, and employee experience solutions
  • Experience implementing generative AI, AI assistants, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation capabilities
  • Experience defining and executing enterprise product roadmaps in highly regulated environments
  • Demonstrated success managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and influencing strategic decisions
  • Experience leading technology transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and operational controls
