We are looking for a seasoned Adobe AEM Technical Lead or Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership and operational excellence. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM-based solutions, ensuring best practices and technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle. In addition to engineering leadership, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational stability, managing deployments, monitoring performance, and resolving issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and development of Adobe AEM solutions.

  • Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • Guide and mentor development teams on AEM best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure code quality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related technical issues.

  • Align with architects and project managers to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture.

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver end-to-end AEM projects.

  • Deep experience with AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets, Workflows, Architecture).

  • Proven success in designing and implementing complex AEM solutions.

  • Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service.

  • Java & Web Technologies

  • Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

  • Content & Workflow Management

  • Expertise in content and digital asset management.

  • Skilled in building custom components, templates, and services.

  • DevOps & CI/CD

  • Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and automated pipelines.

  • Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, Adobe Managed Services).

  • Proficient in tuning and scaling AEM applications.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (AEP, WebSDK, MobileSDK, Target, RT-CDP).

  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

  • Knowledge of search and personalization strategies in AEM.
