Analytics Analyst

As our Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and providing ongoing reports to support the long term end to end data to be stood up and used in our tools. Every day, you will work in ambiguity and showcase tenacity to research and resolve problems relative to the data.

Here’s what you will experience working as an Analytics Analyst:

• Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and scrub data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to R1 leadership
• Maintaining confidentiality of all information under HIPPA guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent training/relevant experience)
• Experience in an analytical environment and evidence of organizational skills
• Exemplary problem-solving abilities and practical analytical competency to identify trends using data
• Intermediate skill level with SQL, Tableau, Excel, VBA, Excel, etc.

It's a plus if you bring:

• Revenue cycle experience
• Proficiency with PowerBI

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,260.02 - $65,797.38 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
