At Dynatrace, we deliver answers and intelligent automation from data at scale. As an Analyst Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing our global Analyst Relations program. You will help ensure analysts have timely access to the information they need to understand Dynatrace's strategy, products, and market leadership.
This highly collaborative role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Communications, and executive stakeholders to support analyst engagements, maintain operational excellence, and help deliver a world-class analyst experience.

Key Responsibilities
Analyst Engagement Coordination

  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of analyst inquiries, briefings, advisory sessions, and other analyst interactions.
  • Coordinate calendars across analysts, executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure analyst engagements are organized efficiently and executed professionally.

Briefing & Inquiry Preparation

  • Develop briefing books, background documents, speaker preparation materials, and meeting summaries.
  • Gather and synthesize information from internal stakeholders to prepare executives and spokespersons for analyst interactions.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of analyst-facing presentations and supporting materials.

Analyst Intelligence & Database Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date analyst lists, research coverage maps, contact information, relationship history, and engagement records.
  • Track analyst inquiries, briefings, research participation, and coverage across key firms.
  • Manage analyst relations tools, databases, and reporting processes to ensure data quality and visibility.

Event & Program Support

  • Support analyst engagement activities at company events, conferences, analyst days, and executive programs.
  • Assist with analyst invitations, meeting scheduling, agendas, logistics, briefing preparation, and onsite coordination.
  • Help execute analyst programs at key industry events and Dynatrace-hosted experiences.

Operational Excellence

  • Track program metrics and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure analyst interactions, materials, and activities are documented and accessible.
  • Help disseminate analyst insights to key internal stakeholders across product, marketing, executives, and sales.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency across the Analyst Relations function.
What will help you succeed

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, Executive Support, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating senior executive schedules and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and database management.

Preferred

  • Experience working in enterprise software, technology, SaaS, or B2B marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and 451 Research.
  • Experience supporting executive briefing programs, corporate events, or customer/analyst engagements.
  • Knowledge of analyst relations best practices and experience working in ARchitect.
  • Working knowledge of using enterprise AI tools a plus.

Compensation and Rewards

The targeted base pay range for this role is $96,000 to 120,000. When determining your salary, we consider your skills, experience, education, work location and internal equity.
