Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the administration of Lowe's Compensation and Reward & Recognition programs across the organization. This role will be the subject matter expert and first point of contact for specific software systems that support our compensation and recognition programs.
What You Will Do
- Compensation:
- Serves as subject matter expert of the job description manager and market pricing tool, including vendor management and invoicing
- Leads the participation of compensation surveys throughout the year, to include survey vendor management and invoicing
- Serves as internal first point of contact for job descriptions and market pricing
- Conducts job evaluations and reviews new and/or existing jobs
- Manages year over year salary survey data refresh and assists with annual benchmarking project
- Assists with analyses, modeling, and calculations for compensation programs and other ad hoc data requests
- Regularly conducts audits on compensation information to ensure accuracy
- Rewards and Recognition:
- Acts as the first point of contact for all recognition-related inquiries and promptly responds to recognition-related issues and questions
- Assists with analyses, modeling, and calculations for recognition programs and other ad hoc data requests
- Acts as subject matter expert of the recognition platform, including invoicing oversight and reconciliation, and accounting chargebacks
- Partners with vendor and internal stakeholders to accept requests and develop recognition programs and contests/incentives
- Serves as subject matter expert in recognition reporting system to track, update and report participation in all recognition programs and events
- Overall
- Assists with the preparation of policy and standard operating procedure documentation
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards and laws governing compensation and recognition programs
- Maintains confidentiality around all different types of personal associate information
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 2 Years Experience in data analysis and Microsoft Excel
- 2 Years Experience in developing presentations and PowerPoint
- Experience dealing with confidential information.
Preferred Skills/Education
- 2 Years Experience in Compensation in a retail corporate environment.
- Experience evaluating job grades.
- Experience in program management.
