The OpportunityAs an Alliance Solutions Manager, you will help bring joint solutions with our partners to market across the Superhuman Suite. Alliance Solutions designs the partner-built solutions that extend Superhuman across Go, Docs, and Mail, combining agents, connectors, and partner-delivered services into offerings that solve real customer problems. You will shape how those solutions are positioned, help our field and partners sell them, and grow what partners can do with us over time.
In this role, you will:
Shape the positioning and joint value proposition for partner solutions, and turn them into pitch and demo assets the field and partners can use
Equip Alliance Managers and partners to design and sell solutions, so great work scales across the ecosystem
Package solutions into a reusable library so the best of what partners build becomes repeatable
Drive launch readiness across Alliance Programs, Partner Marketing, Tech Alliances, and Product
Build the paths that help partners grow across the Superhuman Suite
Track how solutions perform after launch and keep improving what we offer
Partner closely with our Alliance Solutions Architect to keep solutions grounded in what the platform does today
Has 5+ years of professional experience working with partners, in partnerships, channel, alliances, solutions, or a related field
Has helped bring a solution, product, or joint offering to market and can speak to how it landed
Understands how software partners and ecosystems work: integrations, ISVs, and how partners build and sell alongside a platform
Can move comfortably between technical and commercial audiences
Communicates clearly and knows what to leave out
Enjoys building and improving how things work, not just running an existing playbook
Familiarity with AI agents, connectors, or workflow automation is a plus
Experience across Education, RevOps, or software-development ecosystems, or with international partners, is a plus
Is willing to travel internationally to visit partners and attend industry events (~25% travel)
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
