About the Role
Enable Abnormal's AI product teams to operate efficiently with customer-centric focus by streamlining processes, providing data insights, and facilitating collaboration across product, support, and go-to-market teams.
What you will doOperational Excellence
- Implement structured AI product development lifecycle for all Market Initiatives
- Manage monthly product release/launch process with clear standards
- Lead cross-functional rituals including product reviews and launch meetings
Data-Driven Insights
- Establish product performance metrics reviews across product areas
- Build dashboards to track product performance and customer sentiment
- Provide visibility into development progress and technical dependencies
Process Optimization
- Define AI PM best practices and maintain Product Ops playbook
- Manage Request for Enhancements process with effective triage
- Drive AI-powered customer support automation initiatives
Customer & GTM Alignment
- Act as the bridge between support, product, and GTM teams to prioritize impactful improvements
- Communicate product updates with clear enablement materials
- Work with sales and customer success to improve feature adoption
- 5+ years in product operations or program management, preferably in AI native company
- 1-2 years people management experience (preference for leading product operations and/or analytics teams)
- Strong data analysis skills and communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience and passion for AI driven product development and workflows to enhance operations and development lifecycles
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Gainsight, and product analytics tools
- Background working with engineering, product and GTM teams in Enterprise SaaS environments
- Experience in cybersecurity or email security industry

Base pay range:
$172,100—$202,500 USD
San Francisco/New York Base pay range:
$191,300—$225,000 USD
