Job Overview:

Do you love bringing structure to fast-paced environments, spotting trends in data, and making things run like a well-oiled machine? We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join our fast-moving Growth team supporting the Ashley Home business. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in executing digital marketing campaigns that drive real business results. You’ll be the operational engine behind the scenes, owning project timelines, trafficking ads, managing creative assets, and helping ensure our campaigns go live flawlessly and on schedule. This role is perfect for someone who comes from a retail, eCommerce, or DTC background and thrives on data-driven decision-making. You’ll dive into performance metrics, analyze creative effectiveness, and help surface insights that shape our campaign strategies. You’ll work with tools like Asana, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok/TTCX, DRIVE, and Figma, helping streamline workflows and connect the dots between creative execution and performance outcomes. If you're detail-obsessed, operationally savvy, and genuinely excited about digging into data to help campaigns perform better, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Use independent judgment to establish and implement asset naming protocols.
  • Manage Creative Production: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of a high volume of creative assets on a weekly and monthly basis to support the Growth Team’s marketing initiatives.
  • Platform-Specific Execution: Collaborate with platform leads to ensure all creative deliverables meet the specifications and requirements of each advertising channel (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Project Management: Maintain structured, repeatable project timelines and asset launch schedules using tools such as Asana and Notion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope
  • Asset Organization: Oversee the organization and upkeep of the digital asset library, ensuring all creative files are properly named, categorized, and delivered to platform leads in a timely manner.
  • Ad & Workflow Operations: Support ad operations by receiving final creative assets, managing asset intake, and ensuring accurate sorting, naming conventions, and categorization within Looker or other reporting tools.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Direct-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce experience required; strong understanding of digital customer journeys and performance marketing
  • Agency experience is a plus, particularly in account or project coordination roles
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or as an account executive within an advertising agency, ad exchange, or a large DTC brand
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Slack, Asana, Looker, and Figma
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms including Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager (or TTCX), Google Ads/YouTube, and Google DV360
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to pivot quickly based on business needs and seasonal priorities
Strong analytical mindset and a passion for using data and insights to drive decisions and optimize processes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving tasks forward independently and collaboratively

What We Offer (subject to eligibility requirements):

  • Remote-first workplace (since 2016!)
  • Competitive salary
