Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML products with enterprise and cross‑divisional impact, supporting IT, Office of General Counsel (OGC), Global Risk & Strategy (GRS), and Internal Audit.

  • Lead end‑to‑end AI digital product management, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and clear, measurable business outcomes.

  • Identify, shape, and prioritize high‑value AI use cases, defining problem statements, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.

  • Translate ambiguous and complex problem spaces into well‑defined hypotheses, actionable AI/ML plans, and learning agendas that guide experimentation and decision‑making.

  • Drive hypothesis‑driven experimentation, including design and execution of pilots and MVPs to validate assumptions and inform product evolution.

  • Make sound, timely decisions in emerging and innovative domains by assessing opportunities, tradeoffs, and risks under conditions of uncertainty.

  • Build and maintain scalable AI product roadmaps that balance near‑term value delivery with long‑term strategic goals.

  • Apply modern AI capabilities, including agentic systems capable of reasoning, planning, and task execution, to automate workflows and improve enterprise decision‑making.

  • Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and governance teams to integrate AI capabilities into production solutions, with a focus on accuracy, latency, security, reliability, and compliance.

  • Influence and align cross‑functional teams across product, technology, design, and business functions to establish best practices and drive meaningful experience improvements.

  • Coach and mentor product practitioners, promoting consistency in approach, adoption of best practices, and continuous learning across teams.

  • Drive strong stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners, ensuring product decisions reflect strategic priorities and enterprise needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including delivery of AI/ML‑enabled products in enterprise environments.

  • Strong experience partnering with data science and engineering teams to deliver production‑ready solutions.

  • Solid understanding of LLMs and modern AI systems, including their practical application to real business workflows.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders across organizations.

  • Experience managing AI platforms or product portfolios with enterprise adoption.

  • Track record of leading products in ambiguous, emerging technology domains.

  • Experience operating in regulated or risk‑sensitive environments, with deep working knowledge of IT, OGC, GRS, or Finance domains preferred
