About this role:
The Technology AI Transformation team is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive Technology-wide AI enablement efforts that accelerate awareness, adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable business impact across Technology. This role will serve as a key leader in shaping how employees discover, learn, adopt, and effectively utilize AI capabilities in their day-to-day work.
The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive AI enablement strategies, including communications, training, engagement programs, executive storytelling, champion networks, and organizational readiness initiatives that help scale AI across the enterprise. This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can influence across multiple organizations, partner with senior executives, and translate AI strategy into practical adoption outcomes.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00

In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic AI enablement initiatives that drive workforce readiness, adoption, and business value realization across Technology.
- Develop and execute enterprise AI awareness and engagement strategies that increase understanding, confidence, and responsible use of AI tools and capabilities.
- Design and implement organizational readiness programs that prepare teams and leaders to effectively adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
- Develop Go-to-Market framework to enable successful AI launches.
- Engage Technology AI Champions Network to accelerate adoption, share best practices, gather feedback, and foster grassroots advocacy.
- Partner with business, technology, learning, and communications teams to develop role-based AI learning paths, training programs, workshops, and educational resources.
- Create and deliver compelling demonstrations, showcases, roadshows, and success stories that highlight business outcomes and practical AI applications.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that drive sustained engagement through leadership messaging, campaigns, newsletters, digital content, and events.
- Establish adoption metrics, success measures, and reporting frameworks to track workforce engagement, AI utilization, training effectiveness, and business impact.
- Facilitate executive reviews, enablement forums, and stakeholder engagement sessions to support AI transformation objectives.
- Identify organizational barriers to adoption and implement change management strategies that accelerate AI adoption at scale.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-focused messages tailored to executives, managers, and employees.
- Partner with senior leaders to align enablement efforts with enterprise AI priorities and workforce transformation strategies.
- Influence strategic decisions that enhance employee experience, productivity, and readiness in an AI-enabled organization.
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, change management, adoption and workforce enablement programs across multiple organizations.
- 2 years of Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), data, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Experience developing and executing communication, storytelling, facilitation engagement, and organizational readiness strategies.
- Experience developing workforce readiness, learning, training, and capability-building programs.
- Knowledge of change management, employee engagement, and adoption frameworks.
- Experience establishing and leading ambassadors, champion, or community-of-practice programs.
- Ability to utilize data, analytics, and employee feedback to measure adoption and continuously improve enablement programs.
