Adobe Creative Cloud Administrator & Collaboration Platform Support Engineer
Please note: This role is being hired at either the Senior Consultant I or Senior Consultant II level. The final level and compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with role expectations
Key Responsibilities
Administer Adobe Creative Cloud licensing, product profiles, user provisioning, entitlement management, and Adobe Admin Console configuration.
Provide day-to-day support for Adobe Creative Cloud applications and services, including installation, sign-in, sync, and application troubleshooting.
Support Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform administration needs, including access requests, environment support, approved use guidance, and issue triage.
Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce governance for Creative Cloud, Copilot, Power Platform, generative AI features, and content protection requirements.
Support application deployment, packaging, updates, and identity integration across managed devices and enterprise platforms.
Monitor service health, license usage, support trends, and operational issues to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and user experience.
Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and support documentation for administration, troubleshooting, and governance processes.
Enable users through training, office hours, and best-practice guidance across Adobe Creative Cloud, Copilot, and Power Platform solutions.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, platform operations, or end-user support
1- 2 + years of Adobe Creative Cloud administration experience
Hands-on experience with Adobe Admin Console, license management, user access administration, and Creative Cloud support processes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform administration, support models, governance concepts, or user enablement practices.
Understanding of identity and access management, enterprise software deployment, and troubleshooting across managed endpoints.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance considerations related to cloud content services, generative AI, and collaboration platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear guidance for users, support teams, and leadership stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise deployment tools, shared device licensing, and large-scale software rollout practices.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform environments, Copilot enablement, and enterprise support processes.
Experience developing governance guidance for generative AI, cloud storage, collaboration tools, and approved workflows in regulated environments.

Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
