You’ll partner directly with enterprise clients to architect FP&A solutions, optimize post-production environments, and solve complex modeling challenges across the Workday ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Architect: Own end-to-end client engagements—from discovery and sheet modeling to security and OfficeConnect setups—for global enterprise clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning (implementations, AMS support, or internal client-side leadership).
  • Deep Adaptive Expertise in at least two core areas: Sheet/Structure Modeling, OfficeConnect/Reporting, Adaptive Security, or Native/Power of One Integrations.
  • Workday Reporting Mastery: Solid grasp of Workday custom reports and how core financial/HCM data feeds into Adaptive.
  • Proven Project Ownership: Comfortable running point on multiple concurrent client projects, phase X rollouts, and complex post-production initiatives without needing hand-holding.
