As an Account Manager at Intapp covering mid-market investment banking accounts, you'll own a portfolio of clients, serve as their trusted advisor, and help them get more value from Intapp solutions over time.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences and drive measurable expansion across your book of business.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of mid-market private capital and investment banking accounts, with a focus on retention and expansion of Intapp solutions

  • Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable growth

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and client check-ins to align on outcomes and priorities

  • Monitor client health and act proactively to resolve friction, partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years in account management at a SaaS, technology, or subscription business, with a track record of growing and retaining client relationships

  • Familiarity with private capital or broader financial services markets, preferably investment banking

  • Proven ability to close expansion deals or drive renewals at the executive level

  • Strong communicator with a bias for ownership, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration

  • CRM experience and willingness to travel and present to clients as needed
