Job Overview
This role supports organizational success by ensuring a high-quality customer experience for strategic business customers. It manages technical issues by directing team efforts and resolving service challenges promptly. The role differentiates itself through collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, issue resolution efficiency, and operational improvements. The work directly impacts customer retention and the overall quality of service delivery within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage progress toward resolution of customer technical issues to maintain service continuity
  • Analyze process flows and tool applications to identify and implement improvements enhancing customer experience
  • Coordinate resources to resolve sensitive or chronic technical problems, minimizing escalations
  • Provide timely feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and needs to support decision-making
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years Managing Technical Porjects (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Reporting Experience (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $68,860 - $124,190

National Base Pay Range: $62,600 - $112,900

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
