Your Impact
The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for mid- to top-tier Lowe's Media Network clients once revenue is secured. This role is accountable for stewarding client investments, translating marketing objectives into integrated media strategies, and ensuring programs deliver against agreed-upon goals. The Account Manager provides end-to-end consultative leadership across the client lifecycle, coordinating internal execution and cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance, operational excellence, and sustained partnership value. With a focus on long-term growth and continuity, the Account Manager identifies opportunities to deepen client engagement, optimize investment outcomes, and strengthen strategic alignment between client objectives and Lowe's Media Network capabilities.
What You Will Do
  • Lead and develop a team of individual contributor direct reports aligned to category revenue volume ($20M+) and account portfolio complexity, providing coaching, performance feedback, and prioritization support.
  • Own post-sale client relationships for assigned mid- to top-tier accounts, with full accountability for partnership health, investment outcomes, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and escalation point for clients, setting communication strategy, managing expectations, and guiding complex or sensitive conversations.
  • Translate sold-in revenue and client objectives into integrated, outcome-focused advertising programs that align to broader marketing strategies and Lowe's Media Network capabilities.
  • Provide consultative leadership and strategic direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring campaigns are designed, launched, and optimized in alignment with client goals.
  • Lead performance storytelling through insight-driven narratives, translating results into clear recommendations and optimization strategies that drive measurable impact.
  • Identify renewal, expansion, and incremental growth opportunities, partnering closely with Sales to inform strategy, support negotiations, and execute against growth plans.
  • Anticipate and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed, while empowering execution teams to own delivery and resolution within established frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media, client services, or sales support within an ad tech or media organization
  • 1+ year of direct client-facing experience
  • Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Domo, Looker)

Preferred Skills/Education
  • 2+ years of Retail Media Network experience
