Your Impact
The Assistant Manager, Media Planning works closely with Director of Media Planning and agency partners to allocate media support and develop plans based on business strategies. Through this work, the Assistant Marketing Manager, Media Planning will play a key role in the development of the overarching Lowe's annual media plan to support the enterprise strategy and business needs to help deliver total company metrics, drive traffic, and optimize ROI. This position will possess deep knowledge of media landscape and channels, analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and will demonstrate how to utilize, interpret and action off data on a regular basis. This role drives sales and profitability by developing and implementing plans that drive in-store and online traffic and requires a deep understanding of the business, the competitive landscape, and media channels to ultimately deliver on total company KPIs.

What You Will Do
- Aid in development of media plans by interpreting the marketing strategy across customer segments, merchandise categories, and company initiatives to build supporting media plans across all relevant channels.
- Demonstrates subject matter expertise of media landscape including experience across channels (TV, Radio, OLV, Social, Digital).
- Demonstrate the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs.
- Manage largescale multi-million-dollar budgets including forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across key partner teams including creative, customer marketing, brand marketing, and marketing operations.
- Works closely with large external partners in media industry including agency and media vendors.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and with groups.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or relevant field
- 5-7 years overall marketing experience
- 3-5 Years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing strategy, marketing analytics or related field
- 3-5 Years experience in full funnel Media Strategy and/or Planning
- 3-5 Years experience in budget management
