The Role
The Account Manager plays a central role in managing client relationships and ensuring successful execution of digital marketing and investor engagement campaigns. This role bridges Sales, Production, Marketing, and Client Services teams to deliver best-in-class service and measurable campaign outcomes. This role will be primarily be involved with our US clients through our brand Investorshub.com.
What You’ll Be Doing (Accountabilities)
- Manage a portfolio of public company client accounts and act as a trusted advisor throughout campaign execution.
- Develop, implement, manage, and optimize online advertising and investor marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign fulfillment including content collection, design collaboration, approvals, and launch timelines.
- Analyze campaign performance and present insights and optimization recommendations to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Manage daily service delivery tasks including scheduling, contract updates, campaign setup, and reporting.
- Lead onboarding sessions and quarterly business review presentations for senior client stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- 1–3 years experience managing client accounts or delivering digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage client stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Interest or experience in capital markets, investing, or financial media.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with public companies, investor relations, or financial marketing.
- Understanding of capital markets or securities industry environments.
- Experience with ad serving platforms or analytics tools.
Mentorship & Growth
You will work closely with senior leadership across global capital markets operations, gaining exposure to campaign strategy, client engagement, and product delivery. High performers can progress into senior account management, product leadership, or commercial roles.
