As a technology leader with a long 30-year heritage in the event-tech industry, our platform and services are trusted by associations, corporates, government and universities. Capable of supporting small corporate events to large multi-faceted conferences and exhibitions, the EventsAir platform has been used for some of the world's most demanding events including the Rugby World Cup, London Olympics and Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

Having secured major investment from private equity firm, The Riverside Company, EventsAir continues to expand and accelerate its global presence in the event-tech marketplace, and we invite you to be part of this extraordinary journey.

Are you passionate about helping customers succeed? Do you thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and making technology work for people? If so, we want you on our team!

At EventsAir, we're not just software – we’re the driving force behind thousands of successful events across the globe. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a key partner in guiding our clients from onboarding to event day, making sure they get the very best from our platform every step of the way.

Turn event challenges into winning solutions

Do you love connecting with people, solving business challenges and closing meaningful deals? Are you energized by the opportunity to help organizations create better, smarter and more successful events?

We’re looking for a driven, curious and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll introduce organizations to innovative event technology solutions that help them deliver exceptional event experiences and achieve their business goals.

You’ll own the new business sales process—from prospecting and discovery through to product demonstrations, negotiation and close. Working alongside our Product Specialists, BDRs and Account Managers, you’ll have the support and resources to build strong customer relationships and win new business.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities across targeted industries and vertical markets.
  • Prospect for new customers and uncover organizations that could benefit from our event technology solutions.
  • Qualify inbound opportunities generated through marketing campaigns, promotions and other lead-generation activities.
  • Lead engaging discovery conversations to understand each customer’s goals, challenges and priorities.
  • Deliver live and virtual software demonstrations that show customers exactly how our solutions can create value.
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling business benefits.
  • Develop strategic account engagement plans to move opportunities forward.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreement.

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

What we’re looking for

  • At least three years of experience in SaaS, event technology or a related technology sales role.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets.
  • A proactive
hunter mentality and the drive to create opportunities, not simply wait for them.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and uncover customer needs.
  • Confidence leading sales conversations with a range of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations, whether live or online.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and communicate their value.
  • A customer-first mindset focused on delivering successful outcomes.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a genuine appetite for achieving ambitious goals.
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, or a willingness to learn.

Why you’ll love this opportunity
