  • Sales Expertise – Minimum of 5 years selling into Senior Living facilities or IT/Cybersecurity services, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (e.g., Presidents Club or equivalent recognition).
  • Full Sales Cycle – Demonstrated success in prospecting, hunting, negotiating, and executing contracts in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Industry Knowledge – Background in Healthcare IT and/or Managed Services preferred, with strong technical aptitude in networking technologies and industry trends.

  • Communication & Influence – Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Professional Network – Established, relevant network within the Senior Living and healthcare technology space.
  • Travel Readiness – Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.
  • Technical Proficiency – Experience with CRM tools and processes; technical or sales certifications (MCP, VSP, VTSP, ITIL) highly preferred.
  • Personal Attributes – High energy, reliable, self-directed, organized, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
