About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

Nebius is scaling our Digital Native sales team to bring AI-native GPU infrastructure to the fastest-moving builders in the AI economy. You’ll join a segment-aligned go-to-market motion focused on Digital Native Businesses (DNB), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Gaming customers, and establish Nebius as the AI infrastructure platform of choice for companies whose product is software.

We’re seeking experienced Account Executives with a track record of selling cloud infrastructure, GPUs, or AI/ML platforms into digital native, ISV, and gaming organizations. You will own a named account list within one or more of these segments, drive multi-year AI infrastructure commitments, and operationalize a partner-led GTM model anchored in NVIDIA, ecosystem software partners, and strategic SIs. This is a high-impact sales role for reps who can pair technical fluency with fast, founder- and engineering-led deal execution.

You are welcome to work remotely from the US. SF, NYC, Boston, or Seattle preferred- Travel as required to customer, partner, and industry events.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to close across named DNB, ISV, and Gaming accounts.
  • Drive Segment-Specific GPU Adoption: Translate Nebius’s NVIDIA-based GPU platform (H100, H200, B200, GB200 NVL72, and beyond) into use cases — model training, fine-tuning, inference at scale, RAG, MLOps, rendering and simulation — that map to product and unit-economics outcomes.
  • Sell to Technical Buyers: Multi-thread across founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of AI/ML, Infrastructure and Platform leads, and finance stakeholders who own compute spend.
  • Move at Digital Native Speed: Run compressed, technically rigorous evaluations — benchmarks, POCs, and capacity trials — and convert them into committed consumption.
  • Co-Sell with Partners: Run joint account plans with NVIDIA, ecosystem software partners, and SIs; structure co-sell motions that combine GPU infrastructure, software ecosystem, and services.
  • Forecast & Execute: Maintain accurate pipeline management and deliver predictable results against quota.
  • Land & Expand: Drive multi-year expansion across AI training, inference, and production AI workloads within named accounts as their usage scales.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of AI model and tooling trends, GPU market dynamics, and competitive moves across the digital native, ISV, and gaming landscape to position Nebius effectively.

We expect you to have:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, cloud compute, or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven success closing complex infrastructure or platform deals within digital native, ISV, or gaming accounts.
  • Strong understanding of how software-first companies evaluate, buy, and scale compute, including consumption-based commercial models.
  • Experience co-selling with strategic ecosystem partners (NVIDIA, ISVs, SIs) and navigating partner-driven motions.
  • Prior experience selling GPU or compute workloads.
  • Deep technical acumen around GPUs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML training & inference.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with consistent overachievement against quota.
  • Excellent communication — able to articulate business value to highly technical, engineering-led buyers.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Direct experience working with NVIDIA field teams or ecosystem partners on sales motions.
  • Background selling AI/ML infrastructure to AI-native startups, ISVs, or gaming and interactive media companies.
  • Established network among founders, technical leaders, and investors in the AI and digital native ecosystem.
  • Experience structuring multi-year infrastructure and capacity commitments.
  • Background in high-growth, neo-cloud, or GPU-first environments.

Key employee benefits in the US:

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
