What will you be doing?

Our team is composed of media and analytics professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and measurable value to our clients. You will find success on this team by leveraging your analytical problem-solving, communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations, drive client adoption of Circana's solutions, and maximize long-term client value.

We're hiring a Director, Client Sales & Insights to lead relationships with Media Platform clients. The Director serves as the senior day-to-day client leader, partnering closely with key client stakeholders to align business objectives with targeting, measurement, optimization, and media solutions that drive action. In addition to leading strategic client discussions, workshops, and readouts, the Director serves as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize value from Circana's capabilities while representing the voice of the client internally to support product innovation, service excellence, and long-term client success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior day-to-day client leader for Media Platform partner stakeholders, building trusted relationships and owning overall client success.
  • Lead client workshops, business reviews, and strategic discussions regarding targeting, optimization, measurement strategies, and performance outcomes.
  • Translate analyses into actionable insights and recommendations that help clients optimize media strategies, improve performance, and achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across audience, measurement, targeting, optimization, and media effectiveness solutions, ensuring insights drive action and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee and coordinate execution across targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room workflows while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor solution adoption and usage, identify client challenges and emerging needs, and proactively recommend actions that maximize client value, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead client readouts and recommendations, connecting analytical findings to business priorities and strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to account planning, retention, renewal, and growth strategies by providing client feedback, business context, and opportunity identification.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and champions, align teams around shared goals and driving engagement across the client organization.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or marketing field.
  • 8+ years of experience in insights and analytics, customer success, consulting, account management, media measurement, media strategy, or related client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analyses into actionable insights and business recommendations for clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple client priorities and coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholder decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Preferred experience
  • Experience within the media advertising ecosystem, including audience targeting, measurement, optimization, attribution, retail media, and/or clean room solutions.
  • Experience leading client workshops, business reviews, and strategic readouts.
  • Experience working with CPG manufacturers, retailers, media platforms, or advertising technology organizations.

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, New York City Metro Area. Chicago preferred but not limited to – occasional requested in city office time

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $102k to $103k.


This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive/commissions/equity] pay.
