About the Team/Role
Provides administrative processes support for routine “back office” tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings. Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments. Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business outsourcing agreement.
How you'll make an impact
Follow defined client ACA rules and requirements with great accuracy.
Use system tools to identify accounts that need to be reviewed.
Run and analyze data files and system reports. Research and resolve data issues.
Provide detailed internal and external communication.
Update processes and client requirements documentation as changes occur.
Testing of 1095 code calculations and forms.
Meet IRS set deadlines.
Provide client teams and clients with identified error reports and assist with error resolution.
Update system settings and content in the enrollment platform.
Submit tasks and assist with testing for technology related bugs.
Train team members and update documentation annually.
Answer Customer Care Center questions.
Experience you'll bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
Must be detail oriented and thorough.
Must be able to follow processes, procedures, and work independently.
Must have good problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, other department resources, and externally.
Busy season is determined by IRS deadlines and typically October – April. During these months, overtime hours may be required.
Additional job duties and responsibilities may arise when supporting the delivery of administrative services and the Affordable Care Act Processor is expected to perform these additional tasks as assigned.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in benefits or related field.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
