The Executive Marketing Assistant will enhance the CEO's productivity by managing communications, creating content, and driving business through social media and AI tools.
Intetics is seeking a Research Assistant to the CEO to act as an analytical and operational extension of the company’s leadership. This position focuses on research, information synthesis, and organizational support rather than administrative scheduling. We are looking for a detail-oriented, intellectually curious professional who enjoys transforming data and insights into structured, actionable outputs that drive decision-making.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include:
- Conduct in-depth research on technology, business, and partnership topics using Gen AI, online databases, and professional sources.
- Summarize findings into concise reports, briefs, and recommendations to support strategic planning and business development.
- Prepare background materials for meetings, events, and external communications.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to Intetics’ focus areas.
- Coordinate the CEO’s participation in professional networks, memberships, and industry associations.
- Support content development in a research-driven format - prepare outlines, reference materials, or data for articles, posts, and presentations.
- Manage selected administrative and organizational tasks (scheduling, vendor communication, document control) with high precision.
- Use AI-based tools for data gathering, research automation, and information visualization.
- Attend online events/webinars and provide analytical summaries.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and spoken English (C1+) – ability to write clear, structured reports and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience supporting executive leadership or in analytical/research-focused roles.
- Strong research and analytical skills - ability to process large volumes of information, extract insights, and present them logically.
- Confidence in using Gen AI tools for research, summarization, and productivity enhancement.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work autonomously
