Manage Atlassian’s Success Champions program, drive engagement initiatives, foster community, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve processes.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Atlassian Champion Programs Team
The Atlassian Champion Programs team plays a vital role in developing and sustaining recognition and engagement initiatives for Champions, organized into two distinct tracks: Community and Success Champions.
The Role
As the Champion Programs Manager (CPM) for the Atlassian Champion Programs team, your primary focus will be on the Success Champions track in the EMEA and APAC regions. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Atlassian Champions, the Success Champion Program Lead, and the Champion Engagement & Experiences Team to strategically plan and execute engagement and activation initiatives for Champions. The main objective of this track is to drive growth in the Success Champion program across the entire funnel, encompassing product adoption, satisfaction, and expansion within our Strategic and Enterprise Accounts.
Cross-functional alignment and enablement: You'll work closely with many teams across multiple business units at Atlassian, from the entire C&L team to Product Marketing and Customer Success. This role will help facilitate more efficient and effective collaboration, enabling all our cross-functional partners and stakeholders to maintain continuous alignment.
Program Design, Execution, and Refinement: Collaborate with the Success Champion Program Lead and the Champion Programs team to identify opportunities for improvement and program focus. Then, provide feedback to shape the program plan, which outlines the problem statement, stakeholders, success options, communication strategy, and risk register. Execute on the plan's objectives while keeping stakeholders informed and making adjustments based on ongoing feedback mechanisms, including business priorities.
Day to Day Community Management: Cultivate a sense of trust, care, well-being, inclusiveness, and belonging in the community. You'll be responsible for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and nurturing Success Champions while supporting the planning and execution of workshops and events catered to them.
Processes at Scale: Develop and improve processes to be easily maintained at a larger scale. CPM helps identify and implement ways to streamline contributions, automate where possible, and create consistency across multiple processes. Processes should consider ways to scale this across individual teams, CSI, and Atlassian as a whole.
Program Prioritization: Assist the Champion Programs team in defining and refining their focus for the Success Champion track based on customer and stakeholder feedback and insights.
Business Insights and Solutions: Help develop and measure current track performance to understand the business impact and identify opportunities for expansion.
