The Chief Administrative Office Early Talent program encompasses three unique pathways to learn and gain meaningful work experience while growing your business acumen. At Wells Fargo, we are committed to a strong business-control infrastructure, protecting the business and providing a positive client experience.
Participants have an opportunity to choose their career path through a competitive internship that may result in an offer into the 2-year rotational analyst program.
Chief Administrative Office (CAO) develops and manages enterprise services that create the best possible experience for our business partners, employees, and customers. With a focus on effectiveness and consistency, the CAO builds and maintains our buildings, keeps people safe, secures company assets, helps the business use data to make decisions, optimizes our supply chain, and more. The CAO Internship program is comprised of three program pathways, each offering specialized rotational experiences.

Program Overview
The summer internship program is a professional development program providing participants with a 10-week overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The internship experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and informative learning sessions with key stakeholders.
The internship is designed to provide undergraduate students with an experiential overview of the applicable team within The Chief Administrative Office and how they support developing, executing and supporting a streamlined approach to each of their individual businesses and the enterprise as a whole. The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to help prepare you for a rewarding career at Wells Fargo.
The competitive internship program targets exceptional juniors and is a pipeline program where successful interns may receive an offer to return the following year to join the full-time Analyst Program.
Program Date:Summer 2026. 40-hour work week. Daily working hours based on business need.
Program Locations:

- Corporate Security contribute to the success of WellsFargo by providing a safe and secure business environment for all employees, customers, and assets.
- Enterprise Business Resiliency provides guidance and support in developing, implementing, and exercising effective business continuity plans and coordinating and facilitating companywide incident response and information flow, and governing the Service Delivery Model.
- Enterprise Risk Programs Office governs Wells Fargo's frontline implementation of various policies and procedures, while championing principal-based and privacy-first practices by integrating strong data protection and risk management practices into every aspect of our operations
- Strategic Programs & Enterprise Change Management brings together expertise in strategic execution and change management across the enterprise, helping the COO solve complex problems.
- Corporate Properties Group delivers and maintains world-class space for employees and customers while strategically implementing corporate real estate transactions.

- Supply Chain Management global team manages the entireend-to-end supply chain process, with expert advice and sound execution.

- Participate in formal programming and workshop initiatives.
- Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables.
- Receive direction from managers in a matrixed environment and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative culture in both a face-to-face and virtual environment.

- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree candidate with an expected graduation between December 2026- June 2027
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. Outlook, and Powerpoint) skills
- Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in manipulating data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data insights.
- BA/BS degree with an interest in any of the following: Business Administration, Accounting, Analytics & Data, Business Intelligence, Communication, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government, Management and Risk Management, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Policy & Management, Pre-law, Real Estate, Statistics, Supply Chain, Technology, or related business field.
- Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.
