Drives adoption and optimization of AI solutions, measures productivity and business impact, develops customer success stories for integrated campaigns, manages Gartner Peer Insights review programs, and supports analyst engagement and customer references. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, along with scalable processes, analytics, and operational execution.

Leads strategic enterprise engagements by delivering technical positioning, executive architecture workshops, competitive differentiation, and technical sales closure for Zero Trust and SASE solutions. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to translate customer requirements into initiatives, accelerate go-to-market execution, and support complex security and network transformation opportunities.
