Own Zoom’s employee relations function across the US, leading complex workplace investigations, managing performance improvement plans, coaching managers, designing compliance and manager enablement programs, and analyzing employee relations trends. Partner with Legal, People Business Partners, and business leaders to assess risk, ensure consistent documentation, resolve sensitive workplace issues, and recommend data-driven organizational interventions.

Develop positioning and messaging for the Zoom AI Productivity Suite, translating product capabilities into user-focused value. Create and publish demos, tutorials, social content, emails, and web copy end to end. Build a content and distribution engine across major social platforms, use AI tools for content production, engage third-party communities, measure growth and adoption, and collaborate with product and marketing teams.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Federal clients, design and demo Zoom-based collaboration and telephony solutions, implement proofs of concept, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and translate customer needs into product recommendations and feature requests. Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and maintain advanced proficiency across video, voice, networking, security, APIs/SDKs, and AI.
