Field-based sales/support role working with Territory Manager to drive adoption and account growth for LifeVest and CDx products. Engage and educate physicians and support staff, enroll and train customers on ZOLL Patient Management, support order/documentation processes, cover territory gaps, achieve sales objectives, analyze territory trends, and represent the company professionally. Path to Territory Manager with strong performance.

Lead and manage a regional ventilator sales team to achieve hardware and disposable sales quotas. Hire, coach, and develop Territory Managers; maintain Salesforce CRM records, forecasts, demo inventory, and reporting. Drive pipeline generation, analyze team trends, spend ~3 days/week in the field, and support quarterly field work with territory reps.
