Engage and educate physicians and support staff, enroll and train customers on ZOLL Patient Management, support order/documentation processes, cover territory gaps, achieve sales objectives, analyze territory trends, and represent the company professionally. Lead and manage a regional ventilator sales team to achieve hardware and disposable sales quotas. Hire, coach, and develop Territory Managers; maintain Salesforce CRM records, forecasts, demo inventory, and reporting. Drive pipeline generation, analyze team trends, spend ~3 days/week in the field, and support quarterly field work with territory reps.
