Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions for order management, fulfillment, orchestration, and customer-facing processes. Design workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, forms, and integrations with CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and fulfillment platforms. Collaborate with architects, analysts, clients, and Agile teams throughout requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow governance and best practices.

Own and grow a $15–20M portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, managing revenue, margins, forecasting, renewals, expansion, and executive relationships. Develop account growth plans, identify new opportunities, lead client escalations, and shape digital transformation roadmaps. Build and manage client partner and delivery teams through hiring, staffing, coaching, and performance management. Partner with sales, delivery, solutions, and practice leaders to improve commercial performance and scale client services.

The Digital Consulting Architect will lead CPQ strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with client goals, and manage scalable solutions for Quote-to-Cash processes, including integration and hands-on development tasks.
