Leads engineering execution for complex power generation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating engineering deliverables, schedules, budgets, quality, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client interfaces. Reviews technical designs, manages change control and technical risks, ensures compliance with codes and regulatory requirements, and supports constructability, field engineering, audits, and project turnover. Requires extensive EPC or heavy industrial experience, power generation knowledge, and strong technical leadership.

Performs pipe stress analysis for power, petrochemical, and construction projects using applicable ASME codes and pipe stress software. Evaluates stresses, displacements, support loads, and flexibility; designs pipe supports, spring hangers, and expansion joints; prepares calculations, datasheets, and reports; reviews isometrics and support designs; participates in design reviews; and coordinates with internal disciplines and clients in office and construction-site environments.

Leads process engineering and design for energy, chemical, and power projects. Develops PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, hydraulic analyses, equipment specifications, relief systems, and flare headers. Participates in HAZOP and LOPA reviews, evaluates safety and environmental compliance, supervises and mentors engineers, reviews technical work, estimates project resources, and supports reliable equipment operation and business development proposals.
