Manage and maintain construction project schedules across all phases, perform schedule updates and quality checks, analyze resources and earned value, lead schedule meetings, monitor schedule health, and mentor junior schedulers while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Conduct field walkdowns and support plant access requirements.

Lead mechanical design for combined-cycle and thermal power plants, mentor a team, manage schedules/budgets, prepare equipment specifications and RFQs, review vendor documentation, support construction, commissioning, and client/vendor coordination across project lifecycle.

Lead electrical engineering for combined cycle power projects from concept through commissioning. Establish design criteria, review system designs (generators, MV/HV distribution, protection/control, grounding, I&C), manage technical procurement, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, support construction/startup, and mentor junior engineers.

Support Talent Acquisition by coordinating and conducting pre-employment health screens, onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and ATS updates. Serve as primary contact for new hires, ensure compliance (I-9, E-Verify, HIPPA), perform administrative duties, and maintain a safe, sterile workspace.

Develop and check P&IDs, piping plans, isometrics, general arrangements and 2D/3D engineering drawings. Perform field walkdowns, resolve design discrepancies with engineers, direct drafting personnel, support multiple projects, and interface with customers and construction reps. Oversee multi-discipline design tasks and ensure compliance with design criteria, codes, and plant access requirements.

Design and support electrical engineering activities for power plant upgrades and new plants. Perform calculations, evaluations, modifications, and designs for electrical distribution, load flow, voltage drop, and short-circuit issues. Work on project teams, present design documents to client review boards, perform site walkdowns, and support safety, reliability, and performance improvements.

Lead client-facing project management for nuclear plant projects: define scope, prepare proposals, monitor budgets/schedules, resolve contractual issues, ensure deliverables meet requirements, coordinate teams, and manage project closeout while ensuring site access and safety compliance.

Lead electrical design efforts for power/energy and industrial projects: prepare and review preliminary and detailed electrical designs, lead design teams, ensure technical accuracy and constructability, support field verification and procurement, and maintain compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Support Project Manager by organizing technical project activities, coordinating discipline engineering and overseas HVE deliverables, preparing cost estimates and progress reports, reviewing drawings and reports for scope and quality, enforcing QC and documentation, monitoring schedules/budgets/staff performance, and occasionally defining scope and controlling small projects.

Lead mechanical engineering efforts for PWR/BWR nuclear plants: perform calculations, feasibility studies, design modifications, equipment reliability evaluations, and present modification packages to quality and safety reviews. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, perform field walkdowns, support plant access requirements, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes, NRC regulations, and company processes.

Create and check electrical and I&C engineering drawings (wiring diagrams, one-lines, schematics) using AutoCAD/MicroStation; support field verifications, as-built documentation, BOMs, and coordinate with engineers, manufacturers, and construction for nuclear plant modifications.

Manage engineering projects from planning through close-out, liaise with clients, monitor budget/schedule/scope, prepare proposals and status reports, resolve contractual issues, ensure contractual and safety compliance, and coordinate staff training and deliverables.

Develop and check electrical/instrumentation & controls 2D/3D drawings, perform occasional field walkdowns, coordinate with engineers and customers, oversee multi-discipline design projects, ensure compliance with codes/standards, and support plant modification packages. Must use CAD tools and maintain unescorted nuclear plant access.

Lead mechanical engineering on EPC power generation projects, overseeing design, specification, vendor coordination, construction support, commissioning, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Provide technical direction, review vendor submittals, prepare RFQs and estimates, conduct field walkdowns, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with codes, safety, and project standards.

Lead mechanical engineering for EPC power generation projects across proposal, design, construction support, and commissioning. Direct mechanical design, vendor selection and submittal review, RFQs, schedules, budgets, and field walkdowns. Mentor and supervise engineers, ensure ASME and project code compliance, and deliver practical, constructible engineering solutions.

Manage sourcing, negotiation, award, administration, turnover, and closeout of construction subcontracts. Monitor contractor performance, process change orders/payments, lead meetings, conduct site visits, and ensure document retention and safe execution.

Lead and execute electrical design for power generation, transmission, and industrial projects.
