Leads enterprise business development for Year Up United’s Employers of Influence accounts, building relationships with Fortune 500 companies, generating leads, presenting to executives, closing revenue, and securing internship placements. Manages target-account pipelines, proposals, networking, strategic partnerships, and client handoffs. Also mentors students, facilitates group sessions, and supports the learning community.

Leads and develops a sales team while personally managing employer accounts and pipeline to secure workforce partnership revenue. Builds corporate relationships, launches employer pilots, forecasts revenue, manages Salesforce activity, and drives sales KPIs across target industries. The role also includes coaching students, facilitating group sessions, and collaborating across teams to align training with employer needs.

Owns growth strategy, employer partnerships, revenue generation, pilot launches, learner solution design, placement outcomes, operating model development, and cross-functional delivery.
