Build scalable processes, onboarding and training, knowledge systems, and governance for AI-assisted workflows. Partner cross-functionally to design, pilot, and scale agentic solutions that improve efficiency, adoption, and client outcomes while measuring KPIs and managing change.

Design, build, and operate high-scale Customer Care and Identity systems using React, TypeScript, Java/Node.js. Lead AI-first workflows, own end-to-end full-stack features, implement AI-driven efficiencies, ensure security and reliability, mentor peers, and collaborate cross-functionally on integrations and operational excellence.

Conduct ML research for query understanding, ranking, clustering, and AI-powered search. Prototype and productionize algorithms, define data and evaluation requirements, design scalable systems, collaborate with engineers, run experiments, and publish patents/papers to integrate state-of-the-art ML into Yahoo Search products.
