The Senior Payroll Analyst processes and reconciles multi-state payroll, prepares payroll reports, manages benefits deductions and invoices, supports tax compliance and audits, troubleshoots payroll systems, and drives process improvements. The role partners with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and benefits teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.

The Supply Planner leads supply planning and supply reviews within the SIOP process, aligning demand, capacity, inventory, production, procurement, and logistics. Responsibilities include developing mid- and long-range plans, monitoring supply chain KPIs, identifying risks, supporting scenario planning, resolving constraints, improving planning systems and master data, and supporting new product introductions and global supply chain initiatives.

Oversee water equipment projects from design through installation, commissioning, and warranty. Manage scope, schedules, costs, technical submittals, fabrication drawings, customer approvals, suppliers, vendors, production coordination, billing schedules, and contract deviations. Review electrical, mechanical, and civil components while serving as the primary contact for project stakeholders. Travel to project sites, factories, and conferences as needed, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
