Leads global FP&A for the Applied Water business, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, risk management, and performance improvement. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance leaders to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Advances Business Intelligence capabilities, improves financial processes, ensures compliance, and communicates performance to senior management and corporate headquarters.

Supports Americas financial planning and analysis through forecasting, budgeting, weekly outlooks, investment tracking, 80/20 analysis, variance commentary, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with R&D, Operations, Commercial Finance, and business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations. It is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, with three days per week in the office.

Oversee water equipment projects from design through installation, commissioning, and warranty. Manage scope, schedules, costs, technical submittals, fabrication drawings, customer approvals, suppliers, vendors, production coordination, billing schedules, and contract deviations. Review electrical, mechanical, and civil components while serving as the primary contact for project stakeholders. Travel to project sites, factories, and conferences as needed, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
