The Senior Financial Analyst administers Workday Adaptive Insights, maintains financial data integrity, and optimizes integrations with Workday Financials, NetSuite, and BigQuery. Responsibilities include close reporting, P&L analysis, reporting packages, board materials, budgeting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and G&A business partnering. The role supports budget-versus-actuals analysis, headcount planning, forecasting, and quarterly planning cycles while improving financial systems and processes.

Administer and optimize NetSuite and related financial systems, supporting configurations, integrations, permissions, troubleshooting, reporting, controls, and performance. Partner with Accounting, Tax, Order-to-Cash, and development teams on implementations and process improvements. Manage complex financial workflows including subscription billing, revenue recognition, and multi-system integrations while documenting requirements and delivering scalable solutions.
