Leads healthcare and life sciences strategy consulting projects from execution through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, workshops, presentations, and quality standards. Builds client relationships, supports account growth and business development, contributes to thought leadership, and mentors junior team members. The role requires strong project leadership, facilitation, consulting, and strategic communication skills, with travel up to 20%.

Concepts and designs social-first and digital-first creative for pharmaceutical brands across organic and paid social, video, display, web, and other formats. Develops visual systems, storyboards, mood boards, and platform-specific assets; translates clinical information into engaging compliant communications; collaborates with copywriters and production partners; presents concepts; and manages revisions and deadlines through medical, legal, and regulatory review.

Lead day-to-day execution of medical communications projects, act as primary client contact for assigned workstreams, manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams, translate client feedback into actionable tasks, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals and process improvements while identifying growth opportunities.
