Concepts and designs social-first and digital-first creative for pharmaceutical brands across organic and paid social, video, display, web, and other formats. Develops visual systems, storyboards, mood boards, and platform-specific assets; translates clinical information into engaging compliant communications; collaborates with copywriters and production partners; presents concepts; and manages revisions and deadlines through medical, legal, and regulatory review.

Lead day-to-day execution of medical communications projects, act as primary client contact for assigned workstreams, manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams, translate client feedback into actionable tasks, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals and process improvements while identifying growth opportunities.

Design and lead end-to-end learning architectures: run client discovery, define learning strategies and modalities, create journey maps and solution blueprints, guide cross-functional teams, advise stakeholders, define measurement approaches, and mentor internal best practices—primarily for pharma/biotech agency clients.
