Manages Strategic Resourcing opportunities from intake through completion, coordinating Sales, operations, legal, delivery, and senior managers. Owns administrative workflows, documentation, approvals, Statements of Work, pricing and margin validation, process compliance, status reporting, and deal progression. Tracks blockers, supports renewals and extensions, maintains deal artifacts, and recommends improvements to pre-sales workflows.

Leads strategic resourcing and staffing services sales for assigned enterprise accounts and regions. Responsibilities include developing opportunities, scoping engagements, preparing pricing and proposals, negotiating with clients and partners, closing new business, and transitioning awarded work into delivery. The role builds executive-level relationships, identifies client challenges, develops creative solutions, supports account teams, and drives revenue and profitability while managing engagements throughout the resource lifecycle.

Leads services sales for large financial services accounts, building client and partner relationships, identifying opportunities, developing cloud and infrastructure transformation solutions, scoping engagements, preparing proposals and statements of work, negotiating complex deals, meeting revenue targets, and transitioning awarded work to delivery teams. The role also supports cloud strategy, application migration planning, infrastructure as code, executive communication, and customer-facing project kickoffs. Travel is anticipated at approximately 20%.
