WorkWhile
WorkWhile Compensation & Benefits
Frequently Asked Questions
We take compensation seriously. WorkWhile regularly benchmarks pay and bonus plans against market data to make sure we're competitive across all of our locations — not just at hiring, but on an ongoing basis. For sales roles, there's also clear OTE upside, so strong performers have a real opportunity to earn well above base.
We offer a comprehensive package designed to support employees both in and out of work. That includes full medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, generous parental leave, unlimited PTO, and a stipend to set up your desk. We also support flexible and remote/hybrid work arrangements, so employees can work in a way that fits their lives.
For those who work in person, there's more: weekly free meals, happy hours, team outings like sporting events. We want WorkWhile to be a place where people genuinely enjoy showing up.
Yes: equity is offered across all roles at WorkWhile, benchmarked to be competitive. We see it as a meaningful part of the overall compensation package, and we're intentional about that. As the company grows, we want our employees to share in that upside.
WorkWhile is mission-driven: We want to build a company where people can do their best work, and that means making sure they feel taken care of. Competitive pay, real equity, strong benefits, and a culture worth being part of: that's what we're building.
