Manage SMB accounts through consultative selling: deliver online product demonstrations, run QBRs, build pipeline, forecast in Salesforce, exceed monthly recurring revenue targets, and generate new business via outreach.

Maintain and optimize the Salesforce org by ensuring system health, data integrity, security, and governance. Design and drive automation with Flow and AI (Einstein), manage CPQ and Certinia-related revenue/PSA workflows, oversee integrations and release management, provide user support and training, and lead continuous improvement and seasonal upgrade activities in partnership with business stakeholders.

Lead the vision and delivery of customer-facing AI/ML models and data products. Partner with clients, data science, and engineering to define requirements, validate hypotheses with SQL-driven analysis, design data visualizations, and launch features that drive adoption and ARR.
