Deliver Workday HCM consulting services focused on Compensation and Advanced Compensation. Engage customers, gather requirements, configure solutions, run tenant reviews, lead workshops, troubleshoot configurations, and drive feature adoption. Support multiple short-duration engagements and collaborate with engagement managers to improve customer Workday value and adoption.

Deliver micro-consulting to Workday customers focused on Spend and Financials: troubleshoot configuration, demonstrate features, drive adoption, perform tenant reviews, deliver presentations, and maintain Workday product expertise and certifications.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise AI engagements from deployment through long-term adoption. Advise C-suite leaders on AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, and change management; lead concurrent implementations within budget and timeline; manage risks, resources, and cross-functional coordination; and resolve issues affecting scope or delivery. The role also supports executive steering committees, quarterly business reviews, sales proposals, customer retention, expanded engagements, and mentoring of Professional Services team members.
