Serve as primary technical liaison for Workday integrations across pre-sales, sales, implementation, and post-sale. Solve client-specific integration challenges, enable sales and engineering processes, create documentation/whitepapers, and translate client business needs into technical and operational requirements.

The Payroll Consultant will design, configure, and implement Workday Payroll solutions for higher education clients, ensuring accurate payroll processing. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, data conversion support, testing, and project management. Mentoring newer consultants and contributing to team initiatives are also key aspects of the role.

The role focuses on ensuring customer success with Workday products through consulting, system configuration, project management, and delivering high levels of customer service, while promoting self-sufficiency in HCM reporting and analytics.
