Own and advance Wonderlic’s AI-powered Jobs Engine, using production machine learning and NLP to analyze labor-market data and infer job characteristics at scale. Partner with product, engineering, and I-O psychology teams to integrate responsible AI into assessment and workforce solutions. Apply fairness, explainability, legal defensibility, and rigorous evaluation practices to employment-related AI systems, including generative AI outputs and assessment interpretation.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers in the HR technology space, driving renewals, expansions, and revenue growth. Build strategic client relationships, conduct business reviews, monitor customer health, manage renewal and sales cycles, introduce products, and advocate for customers internally. The role requires strong sales acumen, analytical abilities, HR technology expertise, and experience influencing HR and L&D decision-makers. It also includes identifying adoption barriers, creating customer feedback loops, and mentoring others.

Drive new-logo sales and revenue growth for Wonderlic’s talent assessment and employee development solutions. Identify and prospect target clients, build relationships with HR and recruiting decision-makers, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, close new business, and transition customers to Customer Success. Maintain expertise in products, market trends, and competitive conditions while providing strategic insights. The role requires B2B SaaS and HR technology sales experience, quota achievement, pipeline generation, and experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise buyers.
