Own strategic customer engagements focused on cloud security adoption, business value, and revenue growth. Guide enterprise customers through post-onboarding transformations, build relationships from technical teams to CISOs, drive Wiz adoption and expansion, remove migration blockers, establish governance, develop training strategies, and support business cases and tool consolidation. Collaborate across sales, support, success, product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver secure cloud outcomes.

Lead Wiz’s FedRAMP CR26 compliance engineering strategy and technical roadmap. Automate continuous monitoring, evidence generation, compliance validation, and real-time telemetry using compliance-as-code and cloud-native engineering. Translate NIST and FedRAMP requirements into scalable solutions, conduct risk assessments, resolve findings, maintain compliance documentation, and guide compensating controls. Collaborate with legal, product, engineering, security, DevOps, architecture, and federal customer teams, while mentoring others on FedRAMP and DoD compliance practices.

Manage the end-to-end renewal process for commercial SaaS customers, including quoting, forecasting, revenue retention, growth, and term extensions. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Deals Desk, and channel partners to assess customer health, mitigate churn and contraction risks, resolve concerns, and close renewal opportunities. Maintain strong customer and partner relationships, manage multiple renewals simultaneously, and contribute to process improvements.
