Lead end-to-end UX and product design for consumer apps, merchant and logistics workflows, and internal tools managing autonomous drone delivery operations. Design complex physical-software experiences, operational dashboards, and scalable partner integrations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Hardware, and Aviation Operations; contribute to design systems, mentor designers, conduct user research, and drive design strategy from discovery through shipped products.

Leads Wing’s policy and regulatory communications strategy across federal, state, and local audiences. Advises executives, coordinates messaging with Government Affairs and Legal, prepares spokespeople for hearings and media interviews, manages issues and rapid-response communications, develops community outreach materials, monitors policy and public sentiment, and builds relationships with agencies, consultants, partners, reporters, and third-party experts.

Configure and architect SAP MM, SCM, Logistics Execution, Source to Pay, and S/4HANA solutions. The role integrates SAP with warehouse, supply chain, and non-SAP systems using IDocs, EDI, APIs, and file transfers. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, supporting implementations, testing, deployment, training, project estimation, and system demonstrations. The analyst collaborates with SAP SD, FI, EWM, TMS, business, and technology teams.
