Provides dietary and food-service support in a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The part-time first-shift role runs from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Responsibilities likely include meal preparation, serving residents, maintaining food-service areas, and following dietary and sanitation procedures. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days, 180 days, and one year of completion.

Oversees the nursing home’s overall operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and quality of resident care. Implements operational practices, ensures company policies and goals are met, and leads facility performance in coordination with the Director of Operations and Board of Directors.

Develops and oversees resident activities that support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Tailors programming to residents’ needs and interests, manages volunteers, supervises department staff, and maintains accurate regulatory and medical documentation. Requires collaboration with families, community partners, and facility staff, plus flexibility for evening and weekend events.
