Provide staff education, orientation, and training for nursing partners. Lead instruction on policies and procedures, support partner development, and coordinate training activities to ensure compliance and readiness.

Lead the Social Services Department to support residents' psychosocial well-being, develop individualized care and discharge plans, coordinate community referrals, provide crisis intervention, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, supervise staff, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality initiatives.

Responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing department in a skilled nursing facility: supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate operations, liaise with residents, families, physicians and vendors, and provide leadership to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Provide licensed practical nursing care for residents at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility on a PRN/all-shifts basis. Collaborate with a team to deliver compassionate care, maintain documentation, follow facility policies, and support resident quality of life. Must have active Board of Nursing registration. Provide hands-on activity programming and one-on-one engagement to promote residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Plan and assist group activities, maintain attendance and documentation, support care conferences, set up events and decorations, escort residents to activities, and foster positive relations with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

Supervise nursing care on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri) at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Maintain resident care standards, collaborate with team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support growth and positive work environment. Must hold active NC Board of Nursing registration.

Serve meals to long-term care residents, stock and prepare dietary carts, monitor food temperatures, maintain inventory and cleanliness, follow food safety protocols, and work alternating 1st/2nd shifts including every other weekend.

Lead HR operations for a skilled long-term care facility including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, workers' compensation, employee relations, HR reporting, and supporting managers to improve employee engagement and regulatory adherence.

Prepare and serve meals, assist with meal setup and cleanup, follow sanitation and facility dietary policies, work assigned shifts (1pm-8pm or 6am-2pm), and support the Dietary Director in a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Part-time and full-time positions with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits for full-time staff.
